As of noon today, the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency lifted the burn ban over Pierce County.

The agency predicts air quality will continue to improve in Pierce County by tomorrow as well with coming rains and wind.

Darrington is the only county in the Puget Sound that will continue having a burn ban, effective until noon tomorrow.
