On April 11 officers were called to trespass a two males from a business. Loss prevention told officers the males were selling cookies in front of the store without permission and were asked repeatedly to leave.

NO SELLING HERE: On April 11 officers were called to trespass a two males from a business. Loss prevention told officers the males were selling cookies in front of the store without permission and were asked repeatedly to leave. One of the males were recognized as someone who pulled the fire alarm in the store earlier in the month. Officers confirmed neither of the males had a peddler’s license and were trespassed from the store.

ERRATIC DRIVING: On April 13 officers were alerted to an erratic driver who had crossed the fog lines and had gone on the sidewalk. Officers found the car and observed the vehicle crossing the fog lines and nearly crashed into a parked construction car on the shoulder. Officers pulled over the car and when making contact with the male driver, smelled strong intoxicants. The driver handed officers a Hawaiian drivers license but correct registration. A record check revealed he had a suspended license was was supposed to have an ignition interlock device in his car, which officers could not find. The driver was arrested for DUI and cited for the other various infractions. The car was impounded.
