We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of the wonderful friends and extended family who have supported us during our time of loss with our mom, Fran Braa. She and my dad will be greatly missed; they were great people and great parents. They are now together.
We would like to thank all of the great staff at Weeks’ Funeral Home for making everything much easier for us. We would like to thank Shelly, Betty Anne and all the sweet ladies at the Buckley Eagles for all they did. Thanks to Pastor Ross and The Summit Church for a nice service. We would like to thank all of our friends that brought meals and flowers to each of our homes during these tough times. Your thoughtfulness, kindness and selflessness can not be measured. Thank you to all of the folks that donated to Enumclaw Fire Department and Enumclaw hospital in Mom’s name. They have been great to her over the past few years. Thank you.

The family of Ronald Lightburn wishes to thank all who helped in our time of sadness with the cards, flowers, prayers and sympathy. Joe Daniels, your asking to do the flowers will always have a place in my heart. Your arrangements were beautiful. Sue Wahlstrom, Audrey Young and Wanda Hisaw, for the dinners and desserts. Terry Richardson, Sue Wahlstrom, daughter-in-law Patty, granddaughters Bethany, Rebekah and Lauren for your beautiful singing. I know Papa was proud of his grandbabies. Casket bearers Ben and Terry Richardson, Bob McDonald, Lon Snope, Bill Dorn and Dick Steinmetz. A big thank you to Dick Steinmetz for the “remember when” stories of Ron and his years at Pierce County Fire District 12. Those years were very important to him. All the firefighters in dress blues and the United States Army with the flag and Taps was an honor to Ron and his family. Brother-in-law Larry King for the many hours you put into the video to make it so perfect. Denny Wahlstrom for the wonderful video case cover. I will cherish it always.
Because of you all, our Ron had a beautiful service and is now walking with our lord on both feet and pain free.
God bless you all,
Carol Lightburn, Scott and Patty, Dennis and Tresa, Adam and Sarah, granddaughters Madie, Lauren, Alexa, Bethany and Rebekah Lightburn
