Cascade Water Alliance is inviting the public to attend the kick-off meeting of the Lake Tapps Management Plan process at 6 p.m. Jan. 13 at North Tapps Middle School, 20029 12th St. E.

At the meeting, representatives of local and regional governments who share responsibility for keeping Lake Tapps safe, clean and an enjoyable public resource, including the Cities of Auburn, Bonney Lake, Buckley, and Sumner, Pierce County, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, local fire and rescue, and Cascade Water Alliance, will listen to the community’s interests and comments related to the lake.
