Bob and Sue Thompson are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this week.

The couple were married Aug. 4, 1962, in Portland Ore., and have resided in Buckley all their married lives. They will be celebrating their marriage Aug. 5 at the Buckley Community Presbyterian Church, where they have attended for 50 years. Cake and renewal of vows will occur after the 10:30 a.m. service.
