Once contact was made at the residence, the reporting party told officers her ex-boyfriend left with their child.

Warrant: Officers responded to the report of a male suspect acting disorderly by throwing rocks in the street. When officers arrived, they located the suspect staggering in the middle of the road. Once he noticed the officers, he made his way into a residence and replied “this is private property” when officers asked him to come back out and speak with them. The suspect had no identification but after a records check determined he held a felony Department of Corrections warrant for Escape from Community Custody with no bail. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Enumclaw jail for booking.

Domestic Violence: Officers responded to the report of domestic violence. Once contact was made at the residence, the reporting party told officers her ex-boyfriend left with their child. After talking with the reporting party, officers determined no assault had occurred between the two subjects. Before leaving, the officers advised that a parenting plan be made to keep things civil. Officers later spoke with the ex-boyfriend via phone where he was informed of the idea of getting a parenting plan in place.

Driving with License Suspended: Around 11:30 p.m. officers observed a vehicle on SR 410 with expired license tabs. Upon contact, the officers noticed the vehicle displayed a trip permit in the back window. After speaking with driver who did not have identification or insurance, officers ran a computer check and revealed that she was driving with a license suspended. She also had a warrant and see was arrested on scene. Officers transported her to the Puyallup jail where she was booked and cited.
