The City of Bonney Lake Economic Development Committee meeting regularly scheduled for September 22, 2015 has been cancelled at the request of the Committee Chair. Also, the City of Bonney Lake Hearing Examiner will convene a Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, in the City Council Chambers at the Bonney Lake Justice and Municipal Building, 9002 Main Street E., Bonney Lake, Washington to receive public testimony on the Gunn zoning reclassification application.

The next regular scheduled Economic Development Committee meeting will be October 13, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Development conference room at 9002 Main Street E, Suite 300, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.

Project Description: Proposal is to change the zoning classification of 0.25 acres from R-1 to Downtown Mixed Use District (DM) in order to bring the property’s zoning classification into consistency with the City’s comprehensive plan. The Future Land Use Map adopted as part of City’s comprehensive plan designates the property as Commercial – Mixed Use.

Environmental Determination: The City of Bonney Lake Responsible SEPA Official has determined that the above described proposal is categorically exempt from review under the State Environmental Policy Act, pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(6).
