SCARING CUSTOMERS: Police attempted to locate a man at 10:20 p.m. Sunday after hearing he was scaring customers at a Roosevelt Avenue store. He was located at a nearby business and given a no-trespassing notice.
SHOTS HEARD: A resident in the vicinity of Gossard Street and Kibler Avenue reported hearing several rounds of automatic weapon fire Sunday afternoon. A city officer responded, as did a King County deputy. Nothing was found.
ASSAULT: Police were told Saturday night that one employee punched another employee in the stomach at a Roosevelt Avenue business. The victim was advised to stop by the police station after she left the hospital. A follow-up discovered she did not visit the hospital, nor did she file a police report.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Police took a third-party report Saturday night of a domestic violence situation in progress involving a man under the influence of prescription medication. Officers confirmed the situation was verbal only and found the man had left the home; he agreed to spend the night at his mother’s residence.
