Enumclaw Police Reports Jan. 24-26

INVOLUNTARY: Police assisted emergency medical staff Jan. 26 at a Watson Street address. One person was transported by ambulance to Enumclaw Regional Hospital for an involuntary commitment.

THEFT: Police responded Jan. 26 to a Roosevelt Avenue business where an employee was taken into custody for second-degree theft.

WOMAN GONE: Staff at Enumclaw Regional Hospital called Jan. 25, asking that an officer attempt to locate a female who had just left the facility and may have been a victim of domestic violence. An officer checked the area and determined the woman may have already received a ride back to Bonney Lake.

FALSE ALARM: An officer responded Jan. 25 to a fire alarm Enumclaw High School. It was a false alarm and there were no suspects.

SHUTTERS UP? Police were asked Jan. 25 to confirm if shutters had been closed at a Roosevelt Avenue business that has been the source of noise complaints. If the windows were not shuttered by 9 p.m., an officer was to contact the business and require that the shutters be closed.

PIPE AT SCHOOL: Police were notified Jan. 24 of three juveniles who had been detained at Enumclaw High School for passing around a marijuana pipe. The school was to handle the situation so there was no police action.
