EPD still searching for The Lee’s signs

The landmark signs were stolen the night of June 6 or the morning of June 7.

The historical signs for The Lee restaurant are still missing.

According to the Enumclaw Police Department, the two landmark signs that advertised the business for more than 40 years, were stolen from downtown between 10:30 p.m. on June 6 and 10:30 a.m. on 7.

Due to the size of the signs, the EPD believes the suspects used a flatbed trailer to remove them from the site, and it’s likely more than one person was involved.

The signs are dark green, are approximately 8 by 12 feet, and have “The Lee” on the top.
