The Bonney Lake City Council has canceled tonight’s regularly scheduled council workshop.

The council will instead meet all day Saturday for the annual Council Retreat.

This year’s retreat will take place at Midtown Grill on state Route 410. The meeting is open to the public, but there will not be an opportunity for public input.

The day-long session is a part of Council’s planning process, and will include such isues as a Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion, Conservation Futures Acquistion, economic development issues in relation to building/development fees, CUGA annexation, Reed property, Council Committees, tranist and park funding.

The Special Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and run all day. Midtown Grill is located at 20609 State Hwy. 410 E.
