GUN CONCERN: A McHugh Place resident called police Sept. 30 after finding a gun in a home he had just purchased. An officer responded and confirmed it was an “airsoft” gun, something the former homeowner confirmed as well. The gun was destroyed.
INTOXICATED: Police responded at 8 p.m. Sept. 30 to a Griffin Avenue address and a scene of a one-vehicle accident. The motorist was arrested for driving under the influence.
DRIVE-THROUGH FIGHT: Police responded at 1:38 a.m. Sept. 29 to a Roosevelt Avenue address and a report of a fight in a restaurant’s drive-through area. A suspect was taken into custody for investigation of second-degree assault.
THEFT FROM VEHICLES: Two vehicles were discovered Sept. 28, broken into while parked in the gravel lot next to the Enumclaw High tennis courts. Both had damaged windows and were missing items. There were no immediate suspects or witnesses. The following day, one of the victims reported a bank card had been used.
