POTTY TORCHED: A report of a fire in a porta-potty was taken at 6:16 p.m. June 11. A citizen was able extinguish the flames at the city skate park and the fire department responded to finish the process. The owner of the portable toilet was notified and was to replace the unit on Porter Street.
BUSINESS TROUBLE: Police made contact June 11 with a business owner who was having trouble with a partner. An officer advised it was a civil situation, rather than criminal, and that a lawyer should be contacted to dissolve the partnership.
OVER EXPOSED: A complainant notified police June 11 of a man exposing himself at a Roosevelt Avenue address. The man was located and explained he had only been scratching his upper thigh. He then departed. Police were called a couple of hours later when the man returned.
TRASH TOSSED: Police took a report June 11 of trash being thrown over a fence into a neighbor’s yard. Officer contacted all involved. The mother of the juveniles responsible for the incident assured they would clean up the mess.
