VEHICLE PROWL: An Elmont Avenue resident told police June 27 of a prowling incident in which a vehicle was damaged and two sets of tools were stolen. The missing items were valued at $500.
POSSIBLE WEAPON: A citizen contacted police June 26, concerned about placing a medieval flail (a heavy staff with a short stick swinging from it) in the garbage. The concern is that the item could be taken from the trash and used as a weapon. The item was turned over to police.

JUNE 27: A busy Log Show Saturday resulted in one report of public indecency, one call regarding a suspicious person and two about suspicious vehicles, one theft report and two calls to assist the fire department.
JUNE 26: Reports included a collision at Main Street and state Route 410, a domestic violence report, a domestic dispute on Division Street and a person missing from Rainier School. There was a call to assist the fire department and one response to Wilkeson.
