DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Staff at a Griffin Avenue establishment contacted police shortly before midnight Aug. 1, reporting a disorderly subject had just departed. Officers contacted the man and told him to stay away from the business; the staff was advised to not serve him any more alcohol, should he return.
BOOKED INTO JAIL: A city officer assisted a Washington State Patrol trooper the morning of July 31 with a traffic stop on state Route 410 at Semanski Street. A passenger in the automobile was arrested due to violating a no-contact order and on an outstanding warrant issued by Enumclaw Municipal Court.
CIVIL MATTER: A citizen arrived at the police station lobby July 31, reporting a theft in the form of unpaid wages. An officer confirmed it was a civil matter and advised the reporting party on how to proceed.
ASSAULT CHARGE: Police responded the afternoon of July 31 to an Aspen Lane address where an assault had occurred. One person was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and delivered to the police station for booking.
