The Bonney Lake Applebee’s on Saturday will host the 2012 Car Show and Pancake Breakfast fundraiser for the Bonney Lake Giving Tree.

Each year the Bonney Lake Police Department works with the Sumner School District, Food Shelf, local businesses and others to organize a city-wide Food Drive and ‘Giving Tree’ Toy Drive.

Registration for the Applebee’s fundraising event includes a full pancake breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, and a beverage) dash plaques for the first 100 cars. It is open to all makes and models. Judging will be done by participants. The Top 10 winners receive a $25 gift certificate.

The event starts at 8 a.m. Breakfast will be served until 11 a.m. and the show will continue until 3 p.m.l with awards at 2 p.m.
