MEDICAL EMERGENCY: A call was received the afternoon of Oct. 2 seeking police help with a female who was bleeding profusely from her wrist. Police assisted with an involuntary commitment.

HELP WITH KIDS: Officers stood by the afternoon of Oct. 2 while case workers from a state agency removed two children from an Enumclaw home.

DISORDERLY: Police were called Oct. 2 to St. Elizabeth Hospital to help with a disorderly patient. An officer provided transpiration to Buckley.

ARREST WARRANT: A subject attending Enumclaw court Oct. 2 was arrested on a Renton warrant. The individual was taken into custody and transported to the city jail while waiting to be picked up by Renton authorities.

INTERVIEW HELP: A citizen arrived in the police station lobby Oct. 2, seeking assistance. The individual had been ordered to stay away from a local business, but had a job interview scheduled for another store in the same complex. Police made a notation giving permission to attend the interview.

JUVENILE TROUBLE: Police were asked Oct. 2 to assist a city resident who was having difficulty getting a niece to attend school. An officer counseled the juvenile and the issue was settled.

SUSPICIOUS: A request was made Oct. 1 for extra police patrol in the vicinity of Kibler Avenue and Highpoint Street. A man had been seen multiple times attempting to contact children at a school bus stop.

CAR STOLEN: Police took a report Oct. 1 regarding a white Honda Civic that was stolen from a parking lot at the intersection of Railroad Street and Myrtle Avenue.

DRIVER CAUGHT: Police initiated a traffic stop the evening of Sept. 30 on Roosevelt Avenue. The driver, who was in possession of a suspended license, fled on foot. The suspect was located, taken into custody and booked. The vehicle was impounded.

CAR FIRE: Police were alerted the evening of Sept. 30 to a car fire inside Mount Rainier National Park. Members of the Greenwater Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire. A tow truck responded to haul the vehicle to an impound lot.

ASSAULT: Officers responded shortly after midnight Sept. 30 to a report of a fight in progress in the lounge of a Griffin Avenue establishment. One suspect was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

INFORMATION: A citizen arrived at the police station lobby Sept. 30 with information about a possible sex offense involving a minor child. Information was taken, with further action pending a follow-up investigation by detectives.

POACHING: Police were called Sept. 30 to assist state agents with a possible case of poaching in a nearby forest. An officer helped the agent remove evidence for further investigation.
