The Enumclaw Expo Center has announced the return of our drop-in horse exercise program beginning Nov. 2 and running through Feb. 27.
The program is designed to provide a covered area for riders to exercise their horses during the inclement-weather months.
It will take place in the Expo’s covered arena from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday evenings. The exceptions are holidays and days of contracted events.
The cost is $5 per horse and rider, per session. Riders are to check in and pay at the Expo Center office Monday through Friday.
On Wednesday evenings there will be an attendant on duty at the arena.
Prepayment will also be accepted by calling 360-825-3594.
All riders are to park in the north parking lot, unload their horse and walk through Gate No. 1.
Because the program is only for exercising horses, no training, lunging, ponying, tying up horses along the rail, or standing in groups within the arena will be allowed.
Riders will also be responsible for manure removal.
