The weather may not have been beautiful this Saturday, but thanks to more than 500 volunteers, by day’s end the city of Bonney Lake sure was.

The volunteers met at 9 a.m. and fanned out across 22 sites around the city to weed, pick up litter, add new bark and several other beautification projects to parks and other sites around Bonney Lake.
