The reporting party told officers he fled his house because an unknown male had entered and started threatening him. Officers recognized the reporting party as someone who had memory issues. Officers took the reporting party back to his house. Another resident on the property told officers the subject may be the reporting party’s nephew. While talking with the other resident, a man exited the home and identified himself to be the nephew. Officers observed the nephew having dramatic mood swings while talking with him. At several times the nephew took a fighting stance and officers pointed their tasers at him. After a peaceful arrest, the nephew began to yell and threaten officers once he was in a patrol car.
