This week is the annual Spring Cleanup week in Bonney Lake.

Every year during this event, D.M. Disposal will pick up extra garbage, recycling and/or yard waste, as well as one appliance, at no additional charge.

The yearly event is part of the contract the city negotiated with D.M. Disposal to handle garbage collection in Bonney Lake.

Details and Requirements:

Curbside pick-up only (no alley access);

Up to three extra cans/bags of garbage or yard waste. Additional cans must weigh no more than 45 pounds when full and extra cans must be placed for pickup by Thursday;

One appliance per household, including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, freezers, hot water heaters, washers or dryers.

Appliances must have been placed for curb-side pickup by Monday.
