Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to the reporting of a juvenile acting out. When officers arrived they found the juvenile sitting outside the residence. She told officers she was out there because her mom wanted her to do chores and she didn’t want to. After talking with her, they spoke with her mom and cousin. The cousin told officers that the juvenile damaged her car seats by getting makeup on them. The cousin pressed charges of vandalism against the juvenile. Because of her continued attitude when speaking to the officers, they transported her to Remann Hall for her charge. This case has been forwarded to the Pierce County Juvenile Prosecutor.

Storage Burglary: Officers spoke with the reporting party by phone regarding her storage unit. She was contacted by the storage unit facility and told her lock was missing. When she went to check on her unit, she told offices it was rummaged through, a set of snow tires were missing and an antique oak table was damaged. The estimated total damage, the reporting party said is roughly $800. At the time of this report, there was nothing further.
Grocery Shoplift: Officers responded to a SR 410 grocery store regarding a shoplifter. Once officers arrived the suspect was no longer there. The store’s loss prevention employee spoke with the suspect as he exited the store with a number of items without paying. He told the employee he was going to his car to grab his wallet and he returned to the store with the employee. Once inside the employee said he told him he had an outstanding warrant and seemed to become nervous. He left the store and officers were unable to make contact with him. This has been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for charging. Nothing further at this time.
