Meth left behind | Bonney Lake Police Blotter

On March 19 officers responded to a call of found property at a store. When officers arrived at the scene, the reporting party told officers a grungy looking male left some of his personal items on the counter after he paid for his merchandise. Among the items was a bag of meth and a small flashlight.

IMPOUNDED: Officers were on graveyard patrol when they conducted a records check on a nearby car. The check revealed the car’s registration had expired. Officers pulled the car over and contacted the driver, who told officers the car was her father’s but she was the primary driver. She also told officers her license was suspended and she did not have insurance. A further records check revealed a misdemeanor warrant out of Orting. Officers cited the driver and impounded the vehicle.
