Sunday, November 30, buses in multiple Seattle neighborhoods, including downtown Seattle, Seattle Center, Capitol Hill and the I-90 and Rainier areas will be rerouted or delayed due to street closures and traffic congestion associated with the Seattle Marathon.

During this event, there will be mostly minor reroutes on several Metro and Sound Transit bus routes, and Metro will operate shuttle service in the Capitol Hill and Eastlake areas to accommodate customers in those areas.

Metro routes 2, 4, 7, 11, 16, 26, 28, 33, 36, 40, 43, 48, 49, 66, 71, 72 and 73, and ST 522, ST 545, ST 550 and ST 554 will be directly affected by these events. It is expected that most other transit service in the downtown Seattle area will experience schedule delays due to crowds and traffic.

Visit the Service Advisories page for specific reroute and bus stop information associated with this

event. Transit reroute start and end times may be subject to change.

Visit Metro’s online Trip Planner to find out how to get to and from events and locations.

Thank you for riding and for using Metro’s services.
