NO TROUBLE: Police responded to a Griffin Avenue location shortly after midnight March 5 after a resident reported a disturbance in the room above his. Police found it was only a resident in a verbal dispute with someone on the phone.

TITLE TRANSFER: Following a March 5 traffic stop, a motorist was arrested and booked for failing to transfer a vehicle title. The vehicle was impounded.
