ROLLOVER ACCIDENT

• At approximately 3:20 a.m. Saturday, an officer spotted a black BMW off the road in the vicinity of state Route 169 and Southeast 416th Street. It appeared the car had rolled several times, but there was no sign of a driver. Officers turned things over to the Washignton State Patrol.

THEFT

• Police were told Sept. 29 of the theft of $55 from a resident’s room at a Jensen Street address. A report was taken. On Sept. 28, police were told of the theft of $10 from a resident’s room.

ABANDONED

• A report was issued the morning of Sept. 29 regarding a red convertible that had apparently been abandoned in the field between Sunrise Elementary School and the Boise Creek athletic complex. It was noted the vehicle was on Enumclaw School District land and the police referred the issue to the district to have the car moved.

AWOL

• Police attempted Sept. 29 to locate a subject reported to be absent from the military without leave. Police contacted both the suspect and his staff sergeant and the man agreed to contact his officer as soon as possible.

THREAT MADE

• A former employee of a city business made threats and refused to return a key to the business. The matter was civil, not criminal, so an officer advised the manager of his options.

FIGHT

• Police received numerous calls Sept.28 alerting them to a fight being planned. Officers responded to the vicinity of Semanski Street and Christianson Avenue and eventually took two male juveniles and one female juvenile to the police station. The victim’s parent declined to assist with prosecution, so all involved were released to their parents.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

• An officer went to a Grand Fir Drive residence Sept. 30, hoping to find the suspect in an Auburn theft case. A parent noted that the wanted subject had been kicked out of the home days earlier and had not returned.

DO NOT DISTURB

• At approximately 3 a.m. Saturday. police were dispatched to a local hotel regarding a tenant who was making a lot of noise and disturbing the tenants around him. The officer contacted the suspect and told him to keep it down. The noisy client assured the officer that he wouldn’t make any more noise, but an hour later the police were called to the scene again and this time the officer told the man to pack his bags and leave.

GOING GREEN

• A little after midnight Saturday, a man was pulled over on state Route 410 for speeding and it was determined that he had been drinking. A search revealed he had “green vegetable matter” in the car and a “smoking device.”
