The City of Bonney Lake Planning Commission will convene a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, in the City Council Chambers at the Bonney Lake Justice and Municipal Building to receive public testimony related to an ordinance adopting pre-annexation zoning as authorized by RCW 35A.14.330.

Project Description: Adoption of a pre-annexation zoning classification of Public Facility for two properties owned by the City of Bonney Lake that are proposed to be annexed pursuant to RCW 35A.14.300.

Lead Agency: City of Bonney Lake.

Notice is further given that the City of Bonney Lake reviewed the proposal for probable adverse environmental impacts and is likely issuing a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) for this project under the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355.

This will be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project.

Written comments may be submitted to the City of Bonney Lake Community Development Department, 9002 Main St E, Suite 300, Bonney Lake, WA.

Comments will be accepted prior to the close of business on April 6, 2016. The application and materials are available for review at the Community Development Department office.

The environmental threshold determination may be appealed within fifteen (15) days after the issuance of the DNS.

Public Comment: The public has the right to review contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Written comments are also encouraged and will be accepted for consideration if filed with the Community Development Department on or before April 6, 2015.
