Three public hearings are scheduled Monday in council chambers at City Hall beginning at 7 p.m.

A public hearing to consider zoning code and map amendments to implement a Manufacturing/Industrial Center designation that was adopted into the Comprehensive Plan and amendments to commercial uses to allow health and fitness clubs.

The Sumner Community Development Department has received a Street Vacation application for the project described below.

A request is filed to vacate part of section 136th Avenue East, 24th Street East, and 30th Street East generally described as lying south of 24th Street East and east of State Route 167, about 2,110 feet.

Another hearing is to consider a development agreement for construction of a regional stormwater facility near 24th Street East and State Highway 167.
