The following is written by Sumner Mayor Dave Enslow:
Sumner’s popular outdoor music concert series begins this Friday, July 1, kicking off both the 4th of July weekend and another great month of music in Downtown Sumner.
This Friday’s concert is a classic, 1940s-style USO Show by ACT1 Theatre Productions. The variety-style show includes a jazz band-swing dance contest, a patriotic sing-a-long, barbershop quartet and more. It’s as American as rhubarb pie!
All concerts on Fridays in July at 6:30 pm in Heritage Park and are free of charge.
