Staff from a First Street business called police the evening of April 9. They wanted to bring furniture in for the night but a man was sitting on one of the tables and refusing to move. Upon police contact, the man agreed to depart.

WON’T MOVE: Staff from a First Street business called police the evening of April 9. They wanted to bring furniture in for the night but a man was sitting on one of the tables and refusing to move. Upon police contact, the man agreed to depart.

ALTERCATION: Washington State Patrol authorities sought the assistance of city police the afternoon of April 9. The WSP was looking for three vehicles that had been involved in an altercation on state Route 410 east of Enumclaw. One of the suspect vehicles was located.

APRIL 12: A busy day included a domestic dispute at a highway location, an alleged assault at Rainier School, an automobile accident on Park Avenue and two calls for juvenile trouble in Wilkeson. In addition, a missing-person report was issued by Rainier School.
