On March 19 officers were flagged down by an individual who reported two juveniles were rolling tires onto SR 410. Officers made contact with the teens and explained why they were being stopped.

THREE TIMES OVER THE LIMIT: Officers were dispatched to a report of a possibly intoxicated individual going through a drive-through on March 19. Officers made contact with the male, who was sitting in the driver’s seat. Officers quickly smelled intoxicants coming from the car. Officers attempted to perform voluntary field tests until the male told officers he had defecated. A blood alcohol test revealed the male had a BAC of .256. The male was cited and released at the police department.

ROLLIN’ ON DOWN: On March 19 officers were flagged down by an individual who reported two juveniles were rolling tires onto SR 410. Officers made contact with the teens and explained why they were being stopped. Officers told the teens they would be checking surveillance footage of the area when one of the teens admitted to rolling tires onto the highway, saying they didn’t think the tires would damage any vehicles. While interviewing the teens, a dispatch advised a car was damaged by a rolling tire. The teens were dropped off at their residences and their parents informed they would be charged with reckless endangerment and malicious mischief.
