SUSPICIOUS: A man notified police at 4:45 a.m. June 5 of an ongoing issue with harassment and threats. Most recently, he found a shotgun shell on his truck. He identified a possible suspect as his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend.

ORDER VIOLATED: A traffic stop shortly before 7 a.m. June 5 resulted in a male passenger taken into custody for being in violation of a court order. He also was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A female was released at the scene with a warning.

NOT WANTED: Police responded to Enumclaw Middle School at 11 a.m June 5 after hearing of two subjects harassing students and teachers. An officer contacted the two and order them off the school property.

COMMITTED: A June 5 welfare check at a Hardin Street address resulted in one person involuntarily committed to Valley Medical Center.

DAMAGE DONE: City corrections staff noticed June 5 that damage had been done to a wall in the police department’s holding cell. The responsible subject was identified and was to be charged.

BURGLARIES: A residential burglary was reported the afternoon of June 3 by a Cottonwood Drive resident. Miscellaneous jewelry was reported stolen. About 45 mkinutes later, officers responded to a Lincoln Avenue residence and a possible burglary. They discovered entry had been gained to the home, but nothing was disturbed or taken. There were no immediate suspects.

ASSAULT VICTIM: A man entered a Railroad Street business at about 2 a.m. June 3, appearing to be highly intoxicated and suffering facial injuries. He departed before police arrived, but was contacted at his residence. The man refused medical assistance and took off on foot.
