They are I-1401, Paul Allen’s measure dealing with trafficking of endangered species/parts, and I-1366, Tim Eyman’s effort to persuade lawmakers to put a constitutional amendment on the 2016 ballot to require a two-thirds vote in both houses of the Legislature to approve taxes.
The I-1401 certification should be ready next week, and will be trailed by I-1366. Since both campaigns submitted large pads above the bare-minimum 246k, they are expected to earn a ballot spot after the random sample check is thoroughly done.
