Drivers who use State Route 169/3rd Avenue in Black Diamond should plan ahead for a full closure and detour Monday morning, Sept. 5, for the city’s Labor Days Parade.

Both directions of SR 169 between Jones Lake Road and Roberts Drive will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon. Drivers will follow a signed detour.
