A patrolling officer spotted a stolen vehicle at 2:42 a.m. July 3 in the vicinity of state Route 410 and Mountain View Drive.

STOLEN VEHICLE: A patrolling officer spotted a stolen vehicle at 2:42 a.m. July 3 in the vicinity of state Route 410 and Mountain View Drive. Buckley police contacted the registered owner, who was going to retrieve his vehicle. City police contacted a suspicious female in the area who wound up arrested for possession of stolen property and resisting.

REDBULL THEFT: An officer responded the afternoon of July 2 to a Roosevelt Avenue address after hearing that a man left a business without paying for two Redbull drinks. He fled on foot to a nearby fast-food restaurant but could not be located.

ARREST MADE: A King County deputy contacted a man July 2, knowing that Enumclaw police had probably cause to arrest him on a “threats” case. Officers responded and the subject was taken into custody and booked into jail.

DEROGATORY: Police heard July 1 of a vehicle with a derogatory racial remark spray-painted on the front bumper. It was last seen turning into the Rainier Hills neighborhood but could not be located.

CARDS TAKEN: A Natalie Place resident told police July 1 a wallet had been stolen from a vehicle. Credit cards had already been used and then cancelled. There was no damage to the vehicle.
