Notice is hereby given that the Monday, August 4 at 7:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, 1104 Maple Street, a public hearing is scheduled to take public testimony or consider written comments regarding amending the Sumner Municipal Code Sections 18.14.040 and 18.16.020 to include public garages as conditional uses in the Central Business District (CBD), General Commercial (GC), Interchange Commercial (IC), Mixed Use Development (MUD), Medium Density Residential (MDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) zones.
