The Sumner Downtown Association has taken control of the Fine Arts Festival this year and it begins tomorrow.

The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

Activities include wine tasting, live music, a variety of food vendors and much more. Featured musicians include Hot Club Sandwich, Will Power Big Band, Billy Farmer, Cara Francis and Rich Wetzel Jazz Orchestra.
