SUSPICIOUS CAR: On Jan. 9 officers observed a car with registration expired for two years. Officers pulled over the vehicle and the driver explained his license was suspended and had warrants for hit and run. The passenger also had several warrants for his arrest. The vehicle was impounded by Cascade Towing.

COURT ORDER VIOLATION: Police were contacted Jan. 11 about the violation of a no contact order. The reporting party explained her father came to the house and started making threats. When he left, he kicked the reporting party’s car door, entered the car and stole her purse. The case was forwarded to Pierce County for several charges.
