There had been a party going on next door, so the owner of the house thought the male suspect came from there. When officers arrived, they could hear the male moaning. When they approached him, he was unresponsive and laying in the driveway with a strong smell of alcohol coming from him. When they rolled him over, he came to and sat up. The male stood up swinging his arms in attempt to hit the officers, but was so intoxicated he could not do it. The officers were able to gain control of him and lay him on his stomach and handcuff him. The male suspect was issued a Criminal Citation for Disorderly Conduct.

POSSIBLE MARIJUANA GROW: On June 8, an officer was called to a report about suspicious activity at a residence. When the officer got there, he got no answer at the front door, so moved to the backyard where he found two black trash bags full of marijuana stems in one bag and a sponge-like substance in the other. He said that some of the windows on the house appeared to be cover for a grow room. The officer was unable to enter the house because he did not have a search warrant. At this time, no further information has been discovered.
