At the June Chamber of Commerce board of directors meeting, our city council liaison, Liz Reynolds, informed us the temporary welcome signs were going in the ground on June 17.

The meeting erupted with applause and kudos were given to the Community Economic Development Committee, Mike Thomas and City Council for their efforts in expediting these signs. The chamber board of directors and staff wish to pass on their heartfelt thanks to these entities for all they did to make this project happen! These signs have been a long time coming and the business community will be very much appreciative of the work on their behalf.
