Our first Senior 55+ prom to celebrate Grandparents Day on Sept. 12 was a great success!

Our Bonney Lake High School senior volunteers Payton Jensen and Crystal Brown did a fabulous job coming up with the Old Hollywood Star theme, making decorations, setting up, chaperoning, dancing with residents etc. Albertsons and Safeway donated tons of flowers so that we were able to make enough corsages and boutonnières for all and make lots of floral table pieces. Pierce County Community Big Band had a blast playing for everyone and said it was the first place that they have played at that was decorated so great for an event! We would like to thank all who helped us make this a successful event! Go senior volunteers!
