Bonney Lake’s city council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight in the Justice Center for its regularly scheduled council meeting.

On the agenda tonight is a resolution for the city to authorize the establishment of the Eastown Utility Latecomer Agreement.

The agreement is the city’s method of installing a sewer system in the area while maintaining a substantial partnership with area developers as required by state law, even as new developers may purchase land in the area.
