Officers were called March 18 to a report of a disorderly female patient at the Franciscan Medical center. Staff told officers the woman was unable to be examined when she became irrational and demanded to drive herself home.

MAIL THEFT: Officers made contact with the reporting party of mail theft March 17. Officers were told an unknown subject was seen taking mail from two different mailboxes before driving away. Surveillance footage caught the vehicle being used. The victims of the theft did not make contact with officers.

TOO DANGEROUS TO DRIVE: Officers were called March 18 to a report of a disorderly female patient at the Franciscan Medical center. Staff told officers the woman was unable to be examined when she became irrational and demanded to drive herself home. Officers made contact with the female, who was aggressive and tried to push past officers. She appeared intoxicated. Officers detained the woman for her safety and paramedics were requested for an involuntary commitment. The woman was transported to Good Samaritan for evaluation.
