VEHICLE PROWLS: Several vehicle prowls were reported to police Sept. 4. On Pioneer Street nothing was taken and there was no damage as the targeted vehicle had not been locked. On Lafromboise Street a wallet was stolen; it was found and returned to the owner. At another Lafromboise Street incident, nothing was taken. Additional calls were received to victims on Park Street, Fell Street, Marion Street, Washington Avenue, Sorenson Avenue (two locations) and Stevenson Avenue; in all those cases, vehicles were prowled but there was nothing stolen or damaged. Also on the morning of Sept. 4, police received two calls for additional patrol, due to ongoing instances of vehicle prowling.
TRAFFIC CONTROL: Police responded the afternoon of Sept. 4 to provide traffic control following a motor vehicle accident at 236th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 436th Street. The scene was turned over to a Washington State Patrol trooper.
HARRASSMENT: Security staff at a city hotel called police at 12:36 a.m. Seppt. 3, reporting a disturbance on the second floor. Police responded and arrested a subject on two counts of harassment.
TRESPASS VIOLATION: Police were told the morning of Sept. 3 of an unwanted person o n the back porch of a Division Street location. Due to previously being trespassed from the property, the individual was taken into custody and booked for the violation.
