NO SOLICITING: Police were told Jan. 29 of two solicitors in the vicinity of McKinley Street and Louise Court. A caller believed the two were overly aggressive about getting inside her home and carried no equipment with them. Police responded, made contacted with the solicitors and advised of city ordinances prohibiting selling without a permit.

DO NOT DRIVE: An officer responded the evening of Jan. 28 to a Griffin Avenue location after hearing of a woman who was attempting to get into a vehicle and drive. She was contacted and agreed to walk home.

TWO CHARGES: Police were told Jan. 27 of a van possibly driven by an intoxicated motorist. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested and booked on a firearms violation and for driving with a suspended license.

WARRANT ARRREST: A city officer met with an Auburn officer at 2:51 a.m. Jan. 27 to pick up a woman wanted on two warrants issued by Enumclaw Municipal Court. She was taken to the Enumclaw police station for booking.

DRUGS FOUND: A mother called police Jan. 26, reporting she had found drugs belonging to her daughter. A officer made contact, pills were confiscated and the daughter was counseled.

THEFT FROM STORE: Police were called at 1:36 a.m. Jan. 24 after a man left a Roosevelt Avenue business without paying for approximately $150 worth of goods. He was seen leaving in a Volkswagen Jetta but could not be located.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: A domestic disturbance involving a parent and teenage son prompted a police response Jan. 24 to a Maple Drive address. Investigation revealed a violation of a no-contact order. One person was arrested and taken to the police station for booking.
