The Washington State Patrol is investigating a two vehicle, wrong-way, head-on injury collision that occurred on Monday, April 29, 2013 at about 8:09 a.m. The collision occurred on the Southcenter Parkway on-ramp to northbound I-5 in King County.

Detectives and Troopers are seeking witnesses that may have seen the wrong-way vehicle, collision or any event leading up to or followingthe crash.
