Nicole Leggett and Joseph Davis were united in marriage Aug. 6 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Enumclaw. The Rev. Jim Northrop officiated the afternoon ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of John and Rose Marie Leggett of Buckley. She graduated from White River High School in 2001 and earned a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice from Eastern Washington University in 2005. She is employed as a legal assistant in San Diego.

The groom is the son of John and Cindy Davis of Bremerton, Wash. He graduated in 1996 from Gig Harbor High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in 2000 in material science engineering from Washington State University. He is a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy, stationed in San Diego.

Serving as honor attendant for the wedding ceremony was Alisa Binetti. Bridesmaids were Kendra Leggett, Andrea Bacon, Natalie Cookson, Julie Soukup and Nadia Cunningham.

Cliff Davis was the best man and groomsmen were Tony Binetti, Heath Garlick, Spencer Garlick, Fred Weisbrod and Jason Cunningham.

Flower girls were Sierra Garlick, Taya Schmidt and Hadley Schmidt and the ringbearer was Robert Garlick.

The wedding reception was at  the Landmark Convention Center in Tacoma. Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple are at home in San Diego.
