Western Washington University student Molly M. Semon earns scholarship

Western Washington University student Molly M. Semon, daughter of Lisa and Pete Semon of Enumclaw, has accepted a $750 College of Fine and Performing Arts scholarship for the coming academic year.

Western Washington University student Molly M. Semon, daughter of Lisa and Pete Semon of Enumclaw, has accepted a $750 College of Fine and Performing Arts scholarship for the coming academic year.

She graduated in 2010 from Enumclaw High School and anticipated graduating from WWU with a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance.

At Western, Semon has served as the vice president of Western’s opera club and as a voice teacher. She maintains a cumulative grade-point average of 3.23 and has a professional goal to teach voice lessons to aspiring singers.
