The driver was cited and warned about the warrant, and the car was impounded.
WHIPPED CREAM ON DRIVEWAY: Officers were called Feb. 19 to a report of a back gate being unlatched, an unknown hooded man in the backyard and a mysterious car in his driveway. Officers arrived on the scene and advised he could have the car towed. Officers searched the area and found something like whipped cream from the side of the reporting party’s house down to the sidewalk. Officers contacted the next door neighbor, who had friends over. One of the friends admitted the car was his and he parked it there because he didn’t think someone lived there. He also admitted to squirting the whipped cream. Another friend admitted to being in the backyard, again because they thought the house was uninhabited. Both were trespassed from the property and the car towed.
