Allen Lee Madden, a dedicated Army veteran who served during the Korean War and later pursued a career in the woods, passed away in his home on March 21st, 2024 at the age 91, finally reuniting with the love of
his life Donnie. A long time Enumclaw resident, born March 7th 1933 in Buckley WA. Allan was known for his meticulous surveying, love of the outdoors and local school sports on both sides of the bridge.
In his free time, Allan enjoyed hobbies such as blackberry & mushroom foraging as well as gardening and coffee with the locals at various hot spots. He found solace and joy in nature, often spending hours outdoors exploring and collecting scrap, and delivering goodies to the doorsteps of friends and neighbors.
Allan is survived by his daughters, Lori(Kim), Kim(Dave), and Melissa(Dave), His sister Merle (Jim), as well as his grandchildren Lissa(TJ), Kirsten(Jeff), Karlee(Wes), Sunny (Eric) Jordyn(Josh), Reed and Darren. He was also a beloved great-grandfather to Ellie, Lexie, Walker, Winston, Tyson, Liam, Peyton, Aubree and Zoe. Preceded in death by his wife Donnie, Brother Dean, son in law Cecil and great granddaughter Michaela.
